Booth Services:
After you have filled out your exhibit space application and have been approved, you may proceed with furnishing your space.
Included with your Exhibit Space:
All spaces will include pipe and drape with one-line name identification sign. A designated number of full access badges will be allocated to exhibitors based on overall booth size.
Not Included with your Booth Space:
Booths come unfurnished. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to decorate the space.

If you prefer to use a third party exhibit company please complete the EAC form and submit by April 8, 2022. Your EAC will need to send a copy of their General Liability Insurance Certificate no later than 30 days prior to the first day of exhibitor move-in.
We regret that open booth selection is not available for this show. Booth numbers and placement will be communicated approximately one month prior to Team Summit.
Planning to have a vehicle on display? Please review and complete the vehicle request form and submit by April 8, 2022. Exhibitors who do not submit this form will not be permitted to have a vehicle on display. All vehicles will be required to be delivered to Caesars Forum on Friday, May 6 during early move-in.
