    What are the specific requirements for Sponsorship Logos? 

    Logo: (1000x1000 minimal) .png .jpg .ai or .eps

    Video: (1920x1080 minimal) .mov (ProRes) or .mp4 (h264)

    Digital: PNG in RGB

    Print: EPS or AI file in CMYK

    App: 

    • File Size Limit: 24 MB
    • Supported File Types: *.jpeg, *.jpg, *.png
    • Resolution: 600 pixels wide X 100 pixels tall

    All Materials are Due April 29th.

    When and where is the 2022 Team Summit? 

    2022 Team Summit kicks-off on Wednesday, May 11 and concludes on Friday, May 13, at Caesars Forum in Las Vegas, Nevada.

    Please complete the Exhibit Space Application or Sponsorship Application.

    How can I attend the 2022 Team Summit?

    Team Summit is attended by DISH retailers and partners. If you are not a DISH retailer you can still have access to this event by exhibiting and/or sponsoring. Please visit the Exhibit/Sponsor tab of this website to learn more.

    How do I sign up for show badges?

    Name badge registration will open after March 14, 2022. The person listed as your Exhibitor or Sponsor contact on your application will receive a voucher code to access your complimentary badges and registration link via email in mid-March. You will be prompted to select your registration type and enter a valid voucher code. Additional badges can be purchased for $350 per person during advanced online registration and $450 on-site.

    Can my children/guests attend Team Summit?

    All attendees must be registered for Team Summit to attend Team Summit functions (guest passes and daily passes are not available). Anyone under 18 will not be admitted to functions and registration fees will not be refunded.

    When and where can I pick up my badge?

    Name badges can be picked up at Caesars Forum in Forum Ballroom 111-114 at:

    Tuesday, May 10                  4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
    Wednesday, May 11            8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
    Thursday, May 12                8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
    Friday, May 13                      8:30 AM - 12:00 PM

    Can I register people on-site?

    If you have not completed your online pre-registration for your name badges, you can register and pay on-site. Please note that only credit cards are accepted for additional name badges.

    Where should I stay while at Team Summit?

    We highly encourage you to stay at our host hotel, Harrah’s Las Vegas Hotel & Casino, which is connected via a skybridge to Caesars Forum. Please visit the Travel page of this website for more information, including rates. Note: Although we're offering the negotiated rate until April 8th, there is the possibility that rooms may sell out before then.

    What is the attire for Team Summit?

    Casual attire is acceptable at all Team Summit activities and functions.

    How do I order booth services for this show?

    Freeman will handle all decorating services for Team Summit. Please download the 2022 Freeman Exhibitor Kit which includes all decoration, shipment, electrical, network and rigging forms here.

    How do I order a DISH signal and/or receiver to my booth?

    DISH receivers and live feeds can be ordered through the online Exhibit Space Application for a $500 rental and labor fee. Please mark the box indicating what receiver type and orbital location you require. If you have already submitted an online application you can email us with a request for a live feed.

    If you do not know which receiver is needed please indicate specific features (DVR, dual-tuner, etc.). If you do not know what orbital location is needed please let us know what programming you plan to show. Please note that exhibitors will need to provide their own TV and AV equipment as this is not included with the DISH feed. If you have general questions please contact us.

    Is there lead retrieval for this show?

    DISH does not offer lead retrieval for this show. However, exhibitors are allowed to collect their own contact information via laptop, business cards, etc. 

    When will exhibitor cars be able to load in?

    We need cars in by Tuesday.

    How does the post-show shipping process work? 

    At the close of the event the exhibitor, retailer or sponsor would go to the services desk in the Summit Ballroom Expo area to obtain a Material Handling Form. When you are done packing up, you will turn in this from which states the materials being shipped out as well as who your carrier is. You are responsible for contacting your carrier to make sure they show up to pick up your freight. If the carrier doesn't show up, they will be rerouted through Freeman Transportation. We encourage you to utilize Freeman Transportation services because it is much easier to utilize. Please see this form you can use to order Freeman Transportation in advance. The service desk will be able to help you with any of these items or questions onsite.
