    • Friday, May 17, 2024: 8:30 a.m. - 11:45 a.m.

    Exhibitor Move In: 

    • Tuesday, May 14, 2024: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
    • Wednesday, May 15, 2024: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. 

    Exhibitor Move Out: 

    • Friday, May 17, 2024: 11:45 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

    Booth upgrades are available via the Freeman Team Summit Online Exhibitor Kit (coming Soon!).

    Please register to be an exhibitor by Friday, March 29, 2024 to be guaranteed a booth at Team Summit.

    We'll continue to accept online applications after that deadline only if space is available. We'll review your exhibitor online application after submission. If your booth is approved, you will receive a confirmation email along with a discount code to register your name badges beginning in January. We regret that open booth selection is not available for this show. An expo map and your assigned booth number will be distributed in April. If you are in need of a specific space within the expo floor please contact teamsummitexpo@organizerops.com before March 15, 2024. 

    BOOTH SERVICES

    Booth Furnishings - After you've filled out your exhibit space application and received approval, you may proceed with furnishing your space.  Booths come unfurnished unless specified. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to transform the space as desired. Please work directly with Freeman Decorating Services, the official show management partner of Team Summit, on booth needs.

    Vehicle Display - Please review and complete the vehicle request form and submit it by March 29, 2024. Exhibitors who do not submit this form will not be permitted to have a vehicle on display. Commercial vehicles must be dropped off by 5 p.m. on Friday, May 10, 2024. All other exhibitor vehicles need to be in by 12 p.m. on Monday, May 13, 2024.

    DISH Receivers and/or Live Feed - DISH receivers and live feeds can be ordered through the online Exhibit Space Application for a $500 rental and labor fee. Please mark the box indicating what receiver type and orbital location you require. If you have already submitted an online application you can email us with a request for a live feed.  If you do not know which receiver is needed, please indicate specific features (DVR, dual-tuner, etc.). If you do not know what orbital location is needed please let us know what programming you plan to show. Please note that exhibitors will need to provide their own TV and AV equipment as this is not included as part of this service.
