    When and where is DISH Team Summit 2023? 

    May 10 - 12, 2023 at Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando, FL.

    How can I attend Team Summit?

    Team Summit is attended by DISH retailers and partners. If you are not a DISH retailer, you can still have access to this event by exhibiting and/or sponsoring. Please visit the Exhibit or Sponsor tabs of this website to learn more.

     

    How and when can I register for my conference name badges?

    After general Team Summit registration opens in January 2023, the person listed as your Exhibitor or Sponsor contact will receive an email with a registration link and your discount code to apply toward the complimentary name badges included in your package. You will be prompted to select your registration type and enter a valid discount code. Additional badges can be purchased for $350 per person during advance online registration, or $450 on-site.

    When and where can I pick up my badge?

    Name badges can be picked up at Team Summit registration:

    Tuesday, May 9                  4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
    Wednesday, May 10          7:00 AM - 8:00 PM
    Thursday, May 11                7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
    Friday, May 12                     7:30 AM - 12:00 PM

    Can I register people on-site?

    If you have not completed your online registration, you can register and pay on-site. Please note that only credit cards are accepted on-site.

    How do I pay by check or wire?  

    When paying by check or wire, please make sure you always include your invoice number with your payment.

    Do I need to present proof of a COVID-19 vaccination or provide a negative COVID-19 test to attend Team Summit?

    At this time, DISH is not requiring proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test to attend Team Summit. We’ll continue to monitor CDC, state and local guidance, and our health policies are subject to change. 

    Can my children/guests attend Team Summit?

    All attendees must be registered for Team Summit to attend Team Summit functions (guest passes and daily passes are not available). Anyone under 18 who has registered for Team Summit will not be admitted to functions, and their registration fees will not be refunded. 

    Where should I stay while at Team Summit?

    We highly encourage you to stay at our conference location, the Rosen Shingle Creek. Please visit the Hotel page of this website for more information, including rates.

    *Note: Although we’re offering negotiated rates until April 13, it's possible that rooms may sell out before then.

    What is the attire for Team Summit?

    Casual attire is acceptable at all Team Summit activities and functions.

    How do I order booth services for this show?

    Freeman will handle all decorating services for Team Summit. Click here for 2023 Freeman Exhibitor Kit, which includes all decoration, shipment, electrical, network and rigging forms.

    What are the specific requirements for sponsorship logos? 

    Freeman will reach out to you directly after you’ve been confirmed as a sponsor to obtain your logo. 

    How do I order a DISH signal and/or receiver for my booth?

    DISH receivers and live feeds can be ordered through the online Exhibit Space Application for a $500 rental and labor fee. Please mark the box indicating what receiver type and orbital location you require. If you have already submitted an online application, you can email us with a request for a live feed.

    If you do not know which receiver is needed, please indicate specific features (DVR, dual-tuner, etc.). If you do not know what orbital location is needed please let us know what programming you plan to show. Please note that exhibitors will need to provide their own TV and AV equipment as this is not included as part of this service. If you have general questions, please contact us.

    Is there lead retrieval for this show?

    DISH does not offer lead retrieval for this show. However, exhibitors are allowed to collect their own information via laptop, business cards, etc. 

    What if I want to display a vehicle? 

    Please complete and submit the vehicle request form on the Exhibit page by March 31, 2023. Exhibitors who do not submit this form will not be permitted to have a vehicle on the expo floor. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept vehicle request forms past March 31, 2023 due to fire marshal plan submission deadlines and approvals. 

    When will display vehicles be able to load in?

    All commercial vehicles should be dropped off by 5pm Friday, May 6, 2023.  Any other exhibitor vehicles need to be in by 12pm Monday, May 9, 2023. Please remember to fill out the vehicle form on the Exhibit page. 

    How does the post-show shipping process work?

    At the close of the event the exhibitor or sponsor will go to the Freeman services desk in Gatlin Foyer to obtain a Material Handling Form. When you are done packing up, you will submit this form to Freeman, which state the materials being shipped out and who your carrier will be. You are responsible for contacting your carrier and arranging for them to pick up your freight. If the carrier doesn't show up, they will be rerouted through Freeman transportation. 

    What are the important dates & deadlines for sponsors?

    All logos are due by Friday, March 31, 2023.

    To guarantee inclusion in all print and electronic materials, the last day to sign up for a sponsorship package is Friday, March 31, 2023.

    What are the important dates & deadlines for exhibitors? 

    If you would like to exhibit, please apply no later than Friday, March 31, 2023. 

    Vehicle request forms are due Friday, March 31, 2023.
